From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. To fulfill this dream, I became a Jesuit for 14 years, learning the art of Spiritual Direction from some of the best spiritual gurus, studied and practiced counseling, and mentored young men and women in some of the most definitive times of their lives. I delved into my education to seek what makes people heal, connect and flourish. After exploring various careers, I finally found my calling as a Coach and Spiritual Director and I became a certified Small Business in 2022; I haven’t looked back since.

Today, I provide a comprehensive set of methods to help YOU do a deep dive into your interior life. I offer support as YOU navigate your wellbeing journey and I help YOU to:

1. Articulate your narrative.

2. Pursue ways to grow on your journey and

3. Develop flourishing relationships with Self, others and the Divine.
