01 — Savor Your Moments

If YOU savor a moment for 30 seconds or more, no matter how small, lengthens and intensifies the experience of that moment and can rewire your brain towards increasing positive emotions which has a lot psychological and physical benefits.

02 — Practice Gratitude

Research has shown that writing down five things YOU are grateful for each day has a host of benefits towards wellbeing. You do not need a big thing to be grateful for. As a matter of fact the smaller the better, so you can focus your gratitude and build out from there.

03 — Love and Connect with Self

Many people struggle with loving themselves, even if they can easily love others. Use your imagination to imagine someone who YOU are confident truly loves YOU. Then imagine them saying to YOU “I desire YOU to be loved. I desire YOU to be loving.” Imagine them saying it as much as YOU need to. Then let them fade away and just sit with the feeling.

04 — Transcendent Listening

If YOU are of a spiritual mind and believe in a God/Transcendent Being, next time YOU find your self mulling over a question, ask “where is that Being in all this?” Then sit and listen. The answer from the God/Transcendent Being will feel like water dripping on sponge, while the counter movement will feel like water on rock. Stay with the sponge as long as YOU can and listen even if there is nothing audibly said.
